About Stephen

Stephen is a M.St. student in English and American Studies at Oxford. His central obsession is what it really means to be a human being. He finds traces of answers in the poems of Paul Celan and the meganovels of Thomas Pynchon, in the elation of Jacques Derrida and the gravity of Václav Havel, in the melting warmth of the sunset along the Pacific Coast Highway, and in the bite of a meticulously-crafted Sazerac.
