In 2011 I met an older woman in the magazine aisle of the grocery store she worked at and made a 14-month project with her. It eventually turned into a 25 minute film consisting of multiple texts and some still photographs. The film begins by regular documentation but as it progresses, so too, does out relationship. The film has no script and is organic in its making, however I took the issues that arose and weaved them to influence the film. What interests me is the fact versus fiction aspect of creation of a film, especially in documentation.
